In late 2023, we introduced discounts for renters who wish to stay for six or twelve months and prepay for that term. Due to the character of this program we cannot offer a refund for individuals who terminate early, so make sure to only book if you're sure you need it that long. In most cases prepaying for six months provides a 5% discount and prepaying for a year provides a 10% discount.  That is better value that the bank will give you for your savings account balance!

Can be combined with most other offers including $25 Off 10x30 Units Rented in 2024 and New Extended-Stay Discounts. Available for new rentals only. No minimum rental required. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice prior to next rent due date.
